The Cost of Anointing.

Someone asked on live, “What’s anointing?”

So I broke it down in the car with The Pride.

Before the cross… there was a garden.

Before the glory… there was pressure.

At the Mount of Olives, olives were crushed to produce oil.
And oil is how Scripture describes the Spirit — the anointing.

Before Jesus went to the cross, He prayed in the garden.
He was pressed.
He was crushed.
In private.

Everybody wants to be anointed.
Everybody wants the oil.

But oil doesn’t come without pressure.

Be careful what you ask God for —
because you don’t see the crushing that produced it.

Anointing will cost you something.
