🔥 This is the HOLY GRAIL FIX! Your stubborn belly might actually NOT ❌ be FAT. It’s might be a PRESSURE management issue because your diaphragm, pelvic floor, and abs have completely lost COORDINATION with one another! This is super common especially after pregnancy, chronic tension holding, years of SUCKING IN, or bearing down on the pfm. And no amount of mindless crunches or kegels will restore a system that no longer knows how to work together. Watch 👀 what happens when I breathe: ✅ On the INHALE, my diaphragm descends and my 360° breath travels down toward my pelvis. My rib cage expands, my abdominal wall responds, and my pelvic floor lengthens. ✅ On the EXHALE, my adductors and pelvic floor muscles contract while my lower, middle, and upper transverse abs contract in that order. My diaphragm then returns to its resting position or a bit higher with a forced exhale. ✅ THIS is what every Woman NEEDS to master! 🥹 Some BIG clues you NEED this are: ❌ A pressure belly that grows throughout the day ❌ A lower belly that refuses to flatten ❌ A diastasis that struggles to heal ❌ Pelvic floor symptoms that worsen by the evening ❌ A lower back that constantly feels tight ❌ A core that feels completely disconnected This work goes far deeper than aesthetics, but when your entire core unit begins functioning better, your aesthetics WILL change right along with it. 🔥 Comment APP and I’ll message you a full week of my core and rib cage correcting tutorials and exercises to help you rebuild this coordination and create your strongest core yet. 👊🏼 #workoutsforwomen #coreexercises #pelvicfloorexercises #ribflare #femalefitness

Like skims but without the price tag. I’ve loved these bralettes from Inlyric far before surgery and they are genuinely the most comfortable bralette to sleep in - especially if you’re not someone who likes sleeping in a bra but you kinda have to even beyond 6 weeks post op. I’m wearing the XS in the black but i also have them in a size small - they both work honestly. comment “bralette” if you want the link 🙂 #boobjobjourney #bralette #breastaugmentation #breastaugmentationrecovery
