Cozy room in comfortable and light flat in Amager on Strandlodsvej.
Room is about 8,2 sqm based on a measurement on a free app on iphone.
Room has a small built in wardrobe unit and access to a balcony shared with another roomie.
Kivckly and Coop365 2 min walk away, Amager beach less than 10 min by walking, Lergravsparken metro st 8 min away.
City center by bike about 15 min away.

We got washer/dryer in the bathroom, dishwasher in the kitchen and projector in the living room. We also got another nice big balcony on the living room side that gets sun all day in the summer.

We are Matiss and Moses 2 friends who also have a business together making and selling hot sauces. We are pretty calm and nice and funny and the rest you have to find out yourself.

Required: cleanliness - theres a schedule; Friends and lovers over are welcome, but not more than a couple days a week - we like it calm; Other than that just common sense and financial stability
