extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided at your Yerwada office (Nyati Unitree, 4th Floor). I traveled all the way from Undri, Pune, specifically to submit a cheque of ₹8,00,000 towards my home loan account. Due to unavoidable traffic conditions, I reached the office only 7–10 minutes later than the cutoff time. Despite this minor delay, my cheque submission was outright refused. What is even more disappointing is that several customer service officers and staff members were still present in the office at that time. Instead of assisting a customer who had traveled a considerable distance to make an important payment, your team chose to deny the service completely. This reflects a complete lack of customer sensitivity and professionalism. Refusing to accept a cheque of ₹8 lakh for a home loan account because of a delay of a few minutes is unreasonable and unacceptable. The inconvenience caused to me, including the travel time, fuel expenses, and loss of valuable time, could have easily been avoided with a customer-friendly approach. I expect a written explanation for this incident and appropriate action against such poor service standards. If this matter is not addressed satisfactorily, I will be compelled to escalate the complaint to higher authorities and relevant grievance redressal forums.
