🤯🚀Google’s Gemini 4 Argon has been in developers’ hands for just one day, and people are already using it to build games, 3D worlds, and even train a real robot. Argon is the first model in the Gemini 4 family, made for long, multi-step work like coding, research, and finance, and it can write up to 1 million tokens in a single output. It opened to developers on October 13 through the paid Gemini API in Google AI Studio and Android Studio, and Google AI Ultra subscribers can try it in AI Studio and Google Antigravity. It also ranks first out of 48 models on the Vals Index, an independent benchmark. In the first 24 hours, people turned desk photos into a racing game, built a Minecraft clone in 19 minutes for about $3, created a full temple complex in Blender, and taught a humanoid robot to play cornhole from a single video. What are your thoughts on this? 🤔💬 — ➡️ If you want to keep up with all the AI news, useful tips, and important developments, join 100k+ subscribers reading our free newsletter

Your next chapter doesn’t have to be a breakdown. It can be your breakthrough. Nobody talks about the moment a woman in her 40s starts questioning EVERYTHING. Your body. Your energy. Your relationship. Your confidence. Your patience. Your purpose. The life you worked so hard to build suddenly feels different. And the woman looking back at you in the mirror? She might not feel quite like herself anymore. Before you call it a midlife crisis, let’s talk about what might actually be happening. Because this isn’t always just about mindset. Your biology matters, too. Hormonal fluctuations Sleep and recovery Stress and cortisol regulation Insulin sensitivity and metabolic health Thyroid function Estrogen and progesterone Muscle mass and body composition Testosterone and changes in energy and libido Sound familiar? Here’s your reminder: You are not broken. You are not behind. And you do not have to settle for feeling unlike yourself. Your body is changing. Your needs may be changing. And your approach to health, fitness, nutrition, and recovery may need to change with it. This is where we stop guessing, start asking better questions, and get intentional about our health.
Ashley Banks telling Donald Trump he was ruining her life back in 1994 is hitting a little differently in 2026. 😭 In this Fresh Prince of Bel-Air episode, Ashley is upset about the possibility of losing her family home. Trump responds, “Everybody’s always blaming me for everything.” Fast-forward to today, and the Trump administration is facing a legal challenge over its attempt to cancel nearly $56 million in federal housing counseling grants, including funding for organizations that help people facing foreclosure. A federal judge temporarily blocked those cuts on October 1. The connection between this old sitcom moment and today’s housing policy debate is pretty striking. 👀 #Ourpower #FreshPrinceOfBelAir #DonaldTrump #Housing
