Hi I’m from Japan. I used to be a fun of “Groumet Hay”. I brought four boxes last week and was astonished to find the quality of the hay is somehow very bad. There is very few flower petals. The box used to look so colorful once thanks to the variety of flowers and herbs on the top, but now these are almost gone, and none inside the box. The retail price unchanged. What happened?

We respect a refined hay palette 🐰✨ Basil and Poppy clearly have Michelin-level standards, and this box is giving farm-to-fluff excellence. Happy teeth, full tummies, zero notes. 🌾🫶
