It’s officially the start of the Christmas Season in New York City as the Radio City Rockettes Christmas Spectacular opens TODAY! ❤️🎅 Today, I attended the first performance of the Rockettes at Radio City Music Hall. I was again amazed by the dazzling choreography, spectacular costumes, the iconic high-kicking Rockettes, and holiday magic that makes New York City shine brighter than ever! Plus, the Radio City Rockettes introduced a brand-new number called “Ring” for the 2026 season. Set to “Carol of the Bells,” this is the first new tap number for the Rockettes in two decades and brings the total number of Rockettes routines in the show to ten. @therockettes @radiocitymusichall Go see one of NYC’s most beloved holiday traditions! Filmed on November 4, 2026 Tag someone you’d like to see the Rockettes with this holiday season in NYC. 📍 Radio City Music Hall, 1260 Avenue of the Americas, Manhattan, New York City The countdown to Christmas starts NOW! 🎄✨ #Rockettes #ChristmasSpectacular #RadioCityMusicHall #ChristmasInNYC #NewYork

Don't slash your food budget so much that you end up feeling deprived! 😄 Dr. Pal compares dieting to managing a household budget. The goal isn't to cut everything out. It's to spend wisely! Eat enough protein and fibre, keep yourself full and stop treating weight loss like punishment. Moderation, not starvation, is the key to sustainable weight loss. @mammootty #drpal #mammootty #ᴡᴇɪɢʜᴛʟᴏssᴊᴏᴜʀɴᴇʏ #nocrashdiet #sustainableweightloss
