Day 3: BALLET 🩰

I initially had one single picture of Misty Copeland that I wanted to use, because it was sooo perfect for this word and her form and legs were just so gorgeous to look at. However I preemptively sent that photo to a friend across the country (it was too good not to share!) and even though she mailed it back, given the weather and mail delays, it didn’t not make it here in time for today’s collage 🥲. Soooo I had to pivot and of course sometimes the pivots end up being better than you can imagine.

🩰 For today’s @februllage collage, I used my backup image and placed them atop some boats which they fit perfectly on of course. I had to maneuver them a lil bit to cover up a person that was standing down there. But I love it. I still want to use that image of Misty Copeland whenever it arrives for something else but I’m not really upset that it didn’t make it back to me on time. The art continues. 25 more collages to go. Same place tomorrow. #analogcollage #surrealcollage #februllage2026 #februllage
