Hype or Hoax – Episode 260 ✅ Worth the Hype (9.35/10) 3-Ingredient Aquafaba Chocolate Mousse — I’ve never been more speechless in over 250 recipes. We made chocolate mousse out of the water from a tin of chickpeas. It tastes like chocolate mousse. The macros are insane. You can’t taste the chickpeas at all. It just tastes like an airy, bubbly chocolate mousse. Absolutely insane. Full Recipe (Makes 2 servings) * Aquafaba (water from 1 tin of chickpeas) — ~120ml / 1/2 cup * Unsweetened cocoa powder — 1 tablespoon (approx. 5g) * Sugar-free maple syrup — A splash / to taste (approx. 30ml) Method: 1. Drain the water (aquafaba) from a tin of chickpeas into a clean mixing bowl. 2. Whisk the chickpea water vigorously with an electric mixer until stiff, fluffy peaks form (just like egg whites). 3. Gently fold in the unsweetened cocoa powder and add your splash of sugar-free maple syrup, mixing until fully incorporated without losing the airy volume. 4. Divide into 2 servings and set in the fridge to chill before digging in! Macros & Fibre (Per serving / Makes 2 servings) * Calories: 15 cals * Protein: ~1.5g * Carbohydrates: ~3g * Fat: ~0.1g * Fibre: ~1g (Estimated) Verdict 9.35/10 — Pure kitchen wizardry. Using aquafaba to whip up a rich, airy, completely authentic chocolate mousse with virtually zero fat and just 15 calories per serving defies all logic, but it genuinely works. Full credit to river.wellnessdaily for the original — go show them some love. 🤍 #healthyfood #weightloss #diet #viral #fyp
It started off just wanting to keep up 😅now it’s a whole part of our ✨family culture! ✨ WE LOVE THESE BIKES 😍🚲 Nick got the Aventure model with the fat tire for more serious trail maneuvers, and I got the Level 4 which is a commuter bike with a suuuper long battery life, and it holds up well on every trail I’ve been on! Love @aventon and highly recommend if you’re in the market for grown-up bikes. Which you should be, because HOW FUN is this?! The Aventon Black Friday sale kicks off on October 27th — comment BIKE for a discount code, or use the link in my bio! Have you started biking with your kids, or are you thinking about it? 😍 👇🏼 #Aventon #AventonPartner #level4adv #aventure3
