We saw some crazy tuner cars driving at high speed on the GS Parkway dodging thru traffic in 2016. I’m sure they haven’t stopped.

We gotta learn from Japan. They don't have these many drunk driving because the limit is 0.03, and the passengers get charged with DUI because they knowingly entered the drunk drivers vehicle and let em drive
