BUILT BY PHILLY — Tech Titan in the building. 🔥
Meet Mattie Reynolds (@themattiereynolds)— Strategic Partnerships & Talent Manager at Juvia’s Place and Founder of MR Talent Solutions.
A first-gen West African, Liberian technie, Mattie is a seasoned HR and talent leader with 11+ years building and scaling recruiting engines across brands like Group Nine Media, Discovery, Hulu, and Roku. She brings the rare blend of people strategy + data-driven execution, backed by a D&I certification from Cornell and HR Management Analytics from Wharton.
And yes — she’s done the work at the highest levels: Mattie has supported the United States Digital Service (USDS) out of the Executive Office of the President, helping craft recruitment strategies and build high-performing technical teams focused on modernizing government services. Translation: she understands how elite teams are built, how talent gets selected, and what actually moves careers forward.
🎟️ Link to tickets in bio. If you’re serious about tech, talent, and leveling up—this is your room.
