Make sure you your inspector is breaking down what each recommendation means for you as the homebuyer. Ask clarifying questions for better understanding. #Homeinspectjons #homebuyers #realestate#

In case folks are wondering why women don’t come forward, even when women try to do the right thing, it doesn’t always pan out the way you think it’s going to.

The Mercedes-Benz EQE electric sedan is joining America’s growing EV graveyard after the German automaker has decided to axe all trims from its 2027 U.S. lineup.

The battery-powered E-Class alternative survived just three years stateside, where its sales figures have been lukewarm at best.

Now, all EQE Sedan trims are out of the picture, including the hot AMG flavor, as confirmed by a company spokesperson quoted by Car and Driver. But the EQE Sedan isn’t the only casualty.

The opulent Mercedes-Maybach EQS 680 electric SUV, which starts at an eye-watering $180,000, has also been discontinued in the U.S. for the 2027 model year. The rest of the EQS lineup, Sedan and SUV included, is still on sale.

Mercedes-Benz doesn’t publish individual sales figures for each trim level, but it’s safe to assume that all of these discontinued models sold extremely low numbers, which is likely why they’re being kicked out.
