Minnie was having some serious second thoughts about the sister she kept begging us for. 😂 They are actually doing really great so far, and I hope they’ll be BFF’s soon! #minimule #mules

#throwback #thursday to 25 years ago when I started taking my fitness seriously and began competing in #bodybuilding. Time flew by quick. Where were you 25 years ago? Where will you be in life in 25 years? You can’t really answer that second question because a whole lot can and will happen. I can only speak on my experience since these photos were taken. Three years into my career as an Officer of the Law with only one child at the time; no decent smart phone, little to no social media… and my mom was still alive!

Then bam…. 2.5 decades later of life! Man oh man, a shit ton has happened! Only God knew what was to occur. Lots of accomplishments, failures, wins, losses, learning, confusion, results, disappointments, ego boosts, humble beginnings, embarrassment, greatness, being ashamed, ups, downs, support, abandonment….. you get the point by now right.

What influenced me to write about this was reading this passage this morning:

“The outcome of a journey is often not exactly what we hoped for nor precisely as perfect as we envisioned. And the time we spend celebrating an accomplishment is overshadowed by our realization that there is yet another task to undertake, another goal to labor toward. We are constantly in progress.

But in the middle of the process, there is beauty. God’s blessings never cease, even amid pain and difficulty. It is through this journey that real growth and refinement happen. The destination is only remarkable because we know how far we’ve come. Let’s celebrate each part of life, even if we haven’t fully closed a chapter or reached a goal.”

I thought it was important to share with you all, since I’m one of the “Old heads” in our fitness community. Much love and respect everyone. Don’t let anyone fuck with your joy.

iPhone Duo vs Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra vs Google Pixel 10 Pro XL camera comparison, which one wins? 👀

All footage filmed with back camera, 4k, 60FPS, and HDR (or equivalent) off, at 17:45 with natural light only. Obviously there will be some compression from exporting and posting it onto social media, which is what I mostly film videos for anyway!
