if you want defined shoulders, save this dumbbell workout and add it in twice a week ❤️‍🔥

I do each exercise for 45 to 60 seconds with no rest in between before moving on to the next, because that time under tension helps to fatigue the muscles and build definition.

they also help to protect your wrists, elbows, and shoulders compared to constant heavy load strength training (I combine both for best results)

and if you want more follow-along workouts like this that you can do from home without a gym (plus nutrition to help you stay on track because physique is 80/20 diet) comment LOCKED IN for 20% off my last 6 week challenge of the year 🫶

Every time this watch pops up on the feed, my inbox gets flooded with the exact same question: “Where did you get that bracelet?”

So, by popular demand, I brought the combo back.
There’s just something about pairing the Kiwame Tokyo Kubo Tetsukon with a classic Beads of Rice bracelet.

The deep blue dial with its raised numerals already carries so much mid-century elegance, and the fluid, light-catching links of the BOR bracelet complete the look effortlessly.

At 37mm in diameter and a compact 45mm lug-to-lug, this case sits right in the sweet spot for smaller wrists. Straight end-links on a BOR bracelet can sometimes be hit-or-miss, but on a vintage-inspired piece like this, it gives off pure retro charm.

Clean, high contrast, and infinitely wearable.
