8 months agoLove this collab!! Everything is so kawaii!! It makes me so happy that you and your family eventually got to Hawaii, my home state. I keep hoping you’ll visit Oklahoma. LOL I live in Oklahoma now with my family - where I’ve found a Sprouts in my town that sells Umami sauce! It’s nice to be able to hop over to that store to restock when I run out. I think I’ve used it in almost everything I make for us to eat. Spaghetti, curry rice, oyakodon, Korean dishes, even fried chicken! You and your family is amazing! We also just got back from a trip to Osaka!! We stayed there for 10 days, with a snowy day trip to Kyoto! Brrrr!!! We really enjoyed our stay, it was my husband’s and youngest son’s first time visiting Japan and my oldest son’s 2nd visit and I’ve been 2 times beforehand. But I visited when I was 11 and then 13. LOL now I’m 47! We are already planning our trip back. Anyhow I love Umami sauce! I love what it means to you and how it made you feel empowered as a woman. Especially in Japanese culture that’s hard to do. It’s even hard in Japanese American culture. I was raised to not stand out. I can feel your empowerment through Umami sauce. Arigato gozaimasu!!
