“HBCUs are the misunderstood, God-given source to mankind.”
I am immensely grateful for the opportunity to speak for HBCU Sunday at the historic Ebenezer Baptist Church (@ebenezer_atl). We must continue to stress its importance and provide the necessary support to those attending. I founded The First in Our Generation Foundation (@tfiog_) to address three key needs for HBCU students: financial literacy, mentorship, and career development. Although these are all important, there is still more to do.
My story is no different than the average HBCU student, which speaks to the collective power that lies within the walls of an HBCU. We start, we matriculate, and we graduate. @cau1988 made!
