First speech of the year!

For my first speech in my Oral Communication class at CMU, I decided to give a speech about adversity. I believe that this is a very important topic, because majority of people struggle dealing with it and understanding it.

By gathering information from a few research studies, and sharing some of my own personal experiences, I aimed to give my class a new perspective on adversity.

Remember, adversity is not meant to break you, it’s meant for you to break through!
