✨RESET ROUTINE🧖🏾‍♀️✨
I tried contrast therapy @jadahspas for the first time: ice bath for 5 minutes + sauna for 15 minutes then repeat 😮‍💨when I tell you I almost cried 😂😭 would you try this?😂👀 if you do I recommend packing your Vaseline lotion with you because you WILL be ASHY 😂😭😩

London been showing me a nice time even though I sliced my face when I got here. It’s weird being somewhere and not on tour and having time to do things I love like exploring HISTORY. My inner nerd is frothing. But I’m also here setting up my future with behind the scenes opportunities I’ve never had in my life. Turning a chapter is soooo good when you finally get there

BEST PRE-BIRTHDAY GIFT EVER. WE ARE ON THE M*F* TIMES SQUARE 😭😭😭😭😭 HAPPY RELEASE DAY! 🖤 #ENCORE @tokiohotel

A huge congratulations to @billkaulitz, @tomkaulitz, @georglisting and @gustavschaefer on this incredible new piece of art!
I’m beyond grateful, deeply moved and incredibly happy to have been part of bringing this project to life.
With this release, two of my biggest lifelong dreams have come true in just one year. Still feels a little surreal.

And of course congrats to the amazing people behind this: To @andybrawl , the best creative sparring partner. To @patrickgorra.artist — one of the great loves of my life and the best hair master. To @jenmertensstyle and her lovely team @sebastianburch & @samira_so for the incredible styling. To my dear @neeleppunkt for her constant “I’ll handle it.” And to David, Inez and @isadaur , who somehow make everything possible and, in doing so, make dreams come true, of course @bastianfunk who paints light and @adrianbrandespost for being very patient and exact pixel-magician.

And to my dearest @aldan.kosnick who is responsible for the beautiful bts and video ♥️

Thank you. A.

Pijat bayi perlu memperhatikan teknik dan respons si Kecil, termasuk saat menyentuh area kepalanya. 🤍

Pemeriksaan menemukan perdarahan hingga menyebabkan herniasi.
