Evolution of Malayalam
* c. 2500 BCE – 1500 BCE (Proto-Dravidian): Reconstructed common ancestor of all Dravidian tongues.

* c. 1500 BCE – 500 BCE (Proto-South Dravidian): Southern branch splits off from central and northern groups.

- c. 500 BCE – 700 CE (Proto-Tamil-Malayalam): Shared southern dialect continuum; western and eastern regions share identical grammar.

- c. 700 CE – 1100 CE (Divergence Phase): Western Ghats and the Second Chera Kingdom isolate the west coast; western speech sheds personal verb endings (-ēn, -ān) (e.g., Vazhappally Plate, c. 830 CE).

- c. 1100 CE – 1300 CE (Early Malayalam): Becomes a fully distinct spoken language; early indigenous Pattu literature (Ramacharitam) flourishes.

- c. 1300 CE – 1500 CE (Manipravalam Era): Elite literary register blending Malayalam grammar with heavy Sanskrit vocabulary (codified in Lilathilakam, c. 1380 CE).

- c. 1500 CE – 1700 CE (Middle Malayalam): Ezhuthachan synthesizes high Sanskrit literature and folk Dravidian idioms; modern Grantha-based script standardizes.

- c. 1700 CE – Present (Modern Malayalam): Printing, lexicography (Gundert), and prose standardization solidify the language; officially recognized as a Classical Language in 2013.

SKULLET OR MULLET? 💀🎃😈

Right, no sitting on the fence tonight. 1 or 2? 👇

1️⃣ SKULLET: for the ones who want to terrify their nan 👻
2️⃣ MULLET: business at the front, party at the back (spiky on the crown in this case)🪩

COMMENT your number and tell me why one’s a trick and the others a treat?!! 😆 PS… Did you notice it was the same person 😱🤯

🔖 SAVE this for when a client asks for “something spooky but still wearable” 😏

Happy Halloween, you freaks 🕷️😏

@arcscissors giving me full creative freedom! ✂️
@gammaplusuk for the clipper freestyles ❤️‍🔥🔥

Soaking in a peaceful evening at Rabindra Sarobar Lake! Love how the colours turned out along the water.

Captured on the OPPO Find X10 Pro Max with its Triple 200MP Camera & 4K Cine-Grade HDR Video. True to the Moment.

Abdul El-Sayed went on Trump supporting CBS and told them to their face that we have chosen corporate profits over building families and he was not wrong.

Can you see the fear in the interviewers eyes because he knows his bosses are going to hate this?
