Der Held von Solingen.
here’s exactly what I did: ✨ my training → Dumbbell rows for mid and upper back definition → One heavy upper body day a week → Lighter isolation work twice a week → Band pull aparts and face pulls for the rear delts → Fixing my posture, because rounded shoulders make your back look wider ✨my nutrition → Removed alcohol for better sleep and recovery → 80/20, mostly whole foods with room for what I enjoy → Reintroduced carbs to fuel my training → No processed sugar unless it’s an occasion → Eating within daylight hours (circadian fasting) ps. I treat all of these as habits rather than strict rules Comment SCULPTED and I’ll send you 2 free follow-along workouts (one Upper and Core strength, one Pilates) to try for yourself, all you need is dumbbells, a Pilates ball (or a couple of rolled up towels) and a resistance band and you can do them from home 💛
