He sido tan feliz en este año ¡y lo que me falta!
Porque como escribió Cuarón: “La vida es como la espuma, por eso hay que darse como el mar” y yo le estoy haciendo caso.

Your brain can keep you trapped in a trauma bond by separating the good memories from the painful ones. This psychological mechanism is called splitting. You hold onto the loving moments, the kindness, and the person you believed the narcissist was. Meanwhile, the cruelty, manipulation, and painful experiences get pushed into a separate compartment. This keeps the narcissistic shared fantasy alive and makes it incredibly difficult to see the relationship clearly. The key to dissolving a trauma bond is integrating these memories so you can finally see the whole experience for what it was. 💬 Comment COURSE below and I’ll send you a FREE course to help you understand this process.
My favorite bags under $800 🤎 Classic shapes, a little edge, and the kind of bags that make a simple outfit feel finished. From everyday carryalls to going-out favorites—these are the ones I’d reach for on repeat. #handbags #affordablebags #hobobag #clutch #fallfashion Comment BAGS if you want any of the links! One of my FAVORITE pods I’ve ever done - chopping up MUSIC & LIFE with my boy Elmo on @gowithelmo 🥃 I was hanging out in country dive bars on Lower Broad in Nashville, trying to get singing gigs… and I was 15 YRS OLD 🙋🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ I was already 6’4 220lbs with a Magnum PI pornstache…imagine me going into these bars with no guitar, no band, BUT even at 15, I could drink, and sing some Randy, Merle & Hank Jr with the best of ‘em 😎😈🥃 Fast forward to today, where I have the honor of Executive Producing a first of its kind, inspired by album that we imagined for the sole purpose of creating opportunities for our Polynesian artists to share their beautiful voices and powerful mana with the world. Check out our album VOICES ACROSS THE OCEAN everywhere music is played! 🎶 And check out my podcast GO WITH ELMO - a great dude with a profound love and insane talent for MUSIC 🎙️ 🎶 Shout to my fellow Executive Producers and lady bosses 💪🏾 @laurenhashianofficial @tiana_nonosina @kay.faam 🥃
My ideal cozy dinner made with @butcherbox grass-fed and grass-finished chuck roast. The most tender, juicy, fall-apart meat over perfectly cooked carrots and creamy parmesan mashed potatoes. Could eat this meal every day!
