Medal Monday at Brechfa trail half marathon ❤️
What a gorgeous trail half by @ridge_runners_wales on Saturday. This was the one I hadn't done of the three trail halfs, I loved the Machen and Radyr halfs, so needed the hat trick and this didn't disappoint. Still had a good amount of little tracks mixed in with the forestry trails, lots of ups and some downhills to go with them and a teeny weeny stream to cross.
Great marshalls, a great run and some great soup at the end. 😊
