You have to hold that in your head while you do five other things. That's hard, for most people, but especially if you have ADHD.

The alternative is pre-measuring, but:
ADHD brains thrive on momentum. One I've decided I'm cooking. I want to COOK. Stopping to measure everything out first feels like slamming on the breaks when I just got the train running.
Premeasuring requires dirtying more dishes. I. hate. washing. dishes.

Records also allegedly show two minor phone violations, dated July 7 and September 19, 2025.
