De Kas is at the top of our Amsterdam favorites.
It’s a vegetable forward restaurant (Michelin Green Star) in a greenhouse nestled in a park in one of Amsterdam’s most vibrant neighborhoods. The setting is delightful yet Gezellig (cozy) and the flavors are always interesting.

While we have dined many times at De Kas, the menu changes with the garden/seasons, and it’s always fun to bring visiting friends who appreciate the food and wine with pleasure .
