hey boyyy out friday

🔥 Comment “UPPER” and I’ll send you a 30-minute upper-body workout you can do tomorrow to tone up your arms.

Feel insecure about your flabby arms when wearing sleeveless dresses? 👀💪🏾

If you’re over 35 and want stronger, more toned arms, you don’t need to do 20 different exercises!

Start with these 3:

1️⃣ Dumbbell Bicep Curls: Build definition in the front of your arms.

2️⃣ Overhead Tricep Extensions: Strengthen the back of your arms, where many women struggle with flabbiness.

3️⃣ Push-Ups: Work your chest, shoulders, and triceps to build a stronger, more sculpted upper body.

Here’s what you need to understand: Losing weight alone doesn’t guarantee toned arms.

You need to build muscle while reducing overall body fat to create that definition you’re looking for!

So the girl who doesn’t run and did absolutely zero training just ran 10km… and didn’t die OR absolutely hate it?! 🥴🤯 Before anyone gets too excited, this is not a rebrand 🤣🥸

My legs bloody hate me today, but it’s pretty incredible what you can do when you take the pressure off and get out of your own head.

I went into this purely to support my friend, with absolutely no intention of being a hero (survival was the only goal 🤣). No expectations, nothing to prove, and somehow managed to surprise myself.

I’ve always told myself I’m not a runner. And look, I won’t be adding a weekly run to my routine, but am I keen for another marathon next year? Absolutely. And by marathon I mean 10km (yes Lauren, I draw the line at 10 👀)

And yes, I ran in my horse hooves because I was told not to risk new runners for my first 10k 🤣 Didn’t exactly blend in with the seasoned runners, but hey, I survived. Although I may have to say goodbye to a toenail in the process 🤢

P.s thank you to the beautiful followers who cheered me on from the sidelines and didnt laugh 🤣
