This is my simple introduction to qigong.

In this simple routine, you will begin to explore the practice at your own pace, creating a little space in your day to slow down and move mindfully.

Save this routine to come back to whenever you need a mindful moment.

Comment QIGONG and I’ll send you the link to my latest podcast episode all about qigong.

Tis’ the season! On Grave Conversations we have had so many guests, spooky and interesting alike. So this Halloween season, we’re asking who do you want to see on Grave Conversations next!?

Las Vegas, my heart is so full!

I had the incredible honor of being selected by the Paid in Full Foundation to participate in this year’s Hip Hop Grandmaster Awards, celebrating the legends who helped shape hip-hop culture and paved the way for generations to come.

From interviewing guests on the red carpet to having the honor of helping present awards to this year’s honorees, I’m still taking it all in. To be in a room celebrating the pioneers whose contributions have shaped music and culture is something I don’t take lightly. The Paid in Full Foundation is doing meaningful work to recognize and uplift the legends who gave so much to the culture, and I’m beyond grateful to have played a small part in that celebration.

This is just a little glimpse into my time at the awards. I can’t wait to share the incredible conversations I had on the red carpet and take y’all behind the scenes of this unforgettable experience!

Thank you to the @paidinfullfoundation for this opportunity and for continuing to honor the legends who built the culture. I’m truly honored to have been part of it.

Never underestimate the power of writing down your vision, putting in the work, and trusting God with the timing.

MY FIRST RED CARPET!!
