It was a truly wonderful experience curating and presenting an Undivided Bengal lunch for 3,000 guests at Microsoft Bangalore today.
The menu celebrated the depth and diversity of our culinary heritage — from desi dim er chop, bouya bhat, and mach makha bhapa, to tetul rangalur chutney, Sorail er rajbhog, and Roselle jam sandesh. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared to reflect the authenticity, seasonality, and soul of rural Bengal.
