You're not special.
You don't lack the ability to change.
To take massive action.
To completely alter the trajectory of your life.
I did it. Twice.
1st time was 12 years ago when I changed my major in university from economics to jazz.
2nd time was 7 years ago when I left my entire life in Los Angeles behind to move to a little island in Thailand.
Not to mention countless other small moments of pivotal decisions that slowly guided me out of the depths of depression and addiction into a state of internal sovereignty and peace.
But I'm not special.
If I can do it, so can you.
If millions of others have done it, SO CAN YOU.
At the end of the day all you have are your excuses and your motivation.
Transformation begins with connecting to a powerful WHY that pulls you forward, and a commitment to a set of principles you deeply believe in to guide your thoughts, words, and actions.
This is cultivated through months of introspection and subconscious reprogramming (most powerfully done by speaking your highest values and aspirations aloud each night while staring into your own eyes in the mirror).
But over time your subconscious mind will begin to shift, and your external reality will slowly but surely reflect it.
It's simple, but that doesn't make it easy...
