The shattering of the ego is always blessing.

Because every time it calcifies you become stuck within a limited dimension of consciousness.

And the only way to evolve to the level above is to have your ego broken so you can build yourself back even better than before.

“Everything touches everything… There is a wholeness, a wholeness that is in motion.

To know this wholeness, this unity of existence, you must first know movement intimately.” — Ido Portal

—

Movement, to me, is far more than just the physical actions of the body.

When I speak of Movement – Movement with a capital “M” – I’m referring to the seamless, unified field of energy that literally makes up the entire universe. It is the essence and foundation of all existence, the singular force of life itself.

There have been many names given to this force, such as qi, prana, light, the quantum field or vacuum, or simply energy.

But regardless the name it’s called by or the form that it moves through, 2 things about it always remain the same:

1️⃣ This energy is in constant flux – it is always moving, shifting, and changing perpetually.

2️⃣ These changes are always happening Now.

Energy never moves in the past or the future…

Which is why becoming aware of its movement – within your body and your mind – is so powerful, and important… it makes you aware of the present moment – the only “thing” that’s actually real, the only place where your life ever happens, the very ground of reality itself.

Movement Awareness is a portal to presence, an anchor to peace, and a source of strength that will never fail you, and will always guide you through whatever life brings your way.

Stop expecting it to end.

No matter how good a place you get to, suffering will always arise again eventually in some way or another.

Learn to lean into it instead. Choose to see its gifts, its lessons, the way it sculpts your mind and life.

Look for beauty in every moment and you'll always find it, somewhere – often hiding in plain sight.

And the more you begin to appreciate life—all of it—the more life will give you to appreciate.

Promise.

life's not always sunshine and rainbows but it sure feels nice when it is by @perry.idyll

It's dangerously easy to confuse an intellectual grasping of wisdom with a cellular embodiment of it.

But without the latter the former is next to useless.

Not to say a conceptual understanding isn't incredibly valuable in the guidance towards true knowing...

But stopping there creates a subtle, insidious pedestal for the ego to lift itself up on.

And life is very diligent about knocking you off it eventually, one way or another.

Every person's mind develops resentments, but the important things to realize are this:

1. They are not you. They are merely aspects of your psyche.

2. They simply need love. Not judgment or rejection.

The gateway to love is acceptance, which is to see beyond the veil the mind place over consciousness.

Only then can true understanding begin to grow and the gradual process of transcendence begin.

Become so driven that temptations have no space to play their games.

This kind of drive can only arise out of a calling towards a mission that is bigger than yourself.

If you're only doing it for you, you've already lost.

You're not special.

You don't lack the ability to change.

To take massive action.

To completely alter the trajectory of your life.

I did it. Twice.

1st time was 12 years ago when I changed my major in university from economics to jazz.

2nd time was 7 years ago when I left my entire life in Los Angeles behind to move to a little island in Thailand.

Not to mention countless other small moments of pivotal decisions that slowly guided me out of the depths of depression and addiction into a state of internal sovereignty and peace.

But I'm not special.

If I can do it, so can you.

If millions of others have done it, SO CAN YOU.

At the end of the day all you have are your excuses and your motivation.

Transformation begins with connecting to a powerful WHY that pulls you forward, and a commitment to a set of principles you deeply believe in to guide your thoughts, words, and actions.

This is cultivated through months of introspection and subconscious reprogramming (most powerfully done by speaking your highest values and aspirations aloud each night while staring into your own eyes in the mirror).

But over time your subconscious mind will begin to shift, and your external reality will slowly but surely reflect it.

It's simple, but that doesn't make it easy...

If you want help from someone who's done it for himself as well as many others, drop me a dm and let's talk.

Your transformation is closer than you think. by @perry.idyll

The quality of your state of consciousness completely alters everything you do or experience.

And the single highest quality state of consciousness arises first and foremost through acceptance, or surrender.

Releasing the need to control or change your circumstances paradoxically gives your infinitely more power and capability to do so.

You don’t need new exercises to bring QiGong into bodybuilding.

You just need a different kind of attention.

Here’s the method I use:

1️⃣ First, feel your entire body at once from the inside.

🧠 This shifts control from fragmented muscle effort to whole-system coordination through the sensory cortex.

2️⃣ Second, stay fully aware of your breath.

🫁 Breath anchors attention, increases oscillatory coherence, and stabilizes the nervous system so force can be directed effectively.

3️⃣ Third, "screw" your feet into the ground, bring your knees over your ankles with a slight bend, and gently tuck the tailbone.

❗️ This organizes the skeleton and fascia into a stable base that energy can flow through efficiently and the brain trusts under load.

4️⃣ Fourth, flex your entire lower body and engage your core.

‼️ This generates irradiation, increases proprioceptive input, and improves force transfer through the kinetic chain instead of leaking tension into joints.

5️⃣ Fifth, channel the intensity you feel from the lower body into the muscles you’re training.

🚫 Don’t overthink it — intent + sensation is enough to bias neural drive and muscle recruitment.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

👉🏼 More cortical involvement, cleaner motor patterns, and stronger mind-muscle connection without adding weight.

Externally, it looks like normal bodybuilding.

Internally, the entire system is integrated.

That’s Qi Gong applied to weightlifting.

Nothing mystical — just 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹, 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀. ☯️

Sometimes winning doesn't look how we think it does.

True success, in my eyes, is becoming more and more about how willing I am to simply show up, water my garden and pull up the weeds.

Day in, day out.

And I don't measure that by how things appear on the outside but by how much peace I feel on the inside.

You can succeed without stress.

Some go so far as to say you can 𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘺 succeed without stress.

Because success is a state-of-being, not an end result.

You cannot 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 successful…

…You can only 𝙗𝙚 successful.

Think about every great work of art or achievement:

Was not the final result simply a byproduct of countless small moments treated with focused quality and care?

The greatness we 𝘴𝘦𝘦 is the cathedral, but the greatness itself resides in each and every stone.

And that’s the important thing to understand:

➡️ Every individual stone (aka action) slowly but surely compounds into an exponentially grander result.

❗️ So focus less on all the infinite myriad of things that could possibly happen and worrying about controlling the whole show.

You don’t.

🎭 The show is happening and you’re getting to watch from a front row seat.

But your reaction to what you see plays an incredibly powerful role in the direction the drama takes.

𝗦𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲.

Not from a place of fear and frantic worry but from a state of calm, grounded presence.

These 24 hours — this very moment — it’s all you ever actually experience.

Doesn’t it make sense to learn to feel it more often, more fully..?

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀.

➡️ It’s the ability to release all resistance to the way things are, which is the single greatest obstacle to entering the present moment.

And 𝘮𝘦𝘳𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 with it.

👁️ Thus becoming one with whatever situation you’re in and intuitively making the best decisions needed in order to bring balance and abundance into it.

If this is something you’re interested in learning to apply to your own life then comment “meditation” and I’ll send you some resources. by @perry.idyll
