5 years as a Division I track & field athlete to now being 2 1/2 years into working in corporate finance, and somewhere along the way I convinced myself that I needed to still be a college athlete to train and compete like one. After college, I got comfortable going through the motions in the gym, stopped incorporating as much explosive training, and honestly wasn’t challenging myself the way I used to. I think a part of me felt like that chapter of my life was over. Being able to compete at @apexathlete.official this past weekend was such a fun reminder of how much I love pushing myself, being competitive, and surrounding myself with people who have that same drive. It reminded me that even with a full-time career, there’s still room to chase goals, compete, and challenge myself in new ways. Just because your college athletic career ends doesn’t mean you stop being an athlete!!! 🤍 Huge thank you to @drinkdottir for bringing together such an amazing group of strong, inspiring women! So grateful for the experience, the friendships, and the opportunity to represent a brand with such a meaningful mission! 🫶🏼 📸: the best @corbsphotos #apex #fitness #motivation #formerathlete #fitnesslife

🚨BREAKING: Russia 🇷🇺🇰🇵 has received — for the first time — North Korean Hwasong-11C ballistic missiles, a heavier-weight class of missiles. This missile is capable of carrying a warhead weighing up to 2.5 tons. 🚀 The Hwasong-11C is a North Korean single-stage, solid-fueled short-range ballistic missile. It was first displayed during a military parade on 14 January 2021. A larger variant of the Hwasong-11A, Hwasong-11C has a heavier warhead compared to its baseline version, with the payload mass being claimed by North Korean state media as 2,500 kg (5,500 lb). First test of Hwasong-11C occurred on 25 March 2021 and mass production began in late 2025.
Sen. Bernie Moreno isn’t celebrating Indigenous Peoples’ Day ... in fact, he thinks the idea of swapping out Columbus Day is flat-out “dumb.” What are YOU celebrating today? 👀🥳
