Allow me to (re)introduce you to the Envoy. The Envoy was the first Makino guitar I designed and built from the ground up. Several generations of revisions have refined the breed but the traits of the wild ancestor are still on display - set neck, 24.875" scale, laminate body construction.

I took inspiration from the classic maple over mahogany guitar from the 1950s with adjustments for comfort, playability, and style. With a deeply carved top, half-floating pickguard, and crisp, contrasting binding, there's no mistaking the Envoy for anything other than the flagship model.
