you can improve your training by looking in the mirror (literally - train in front of a mirror lol) and asking MORE of yourself as a teacher. Training is all human skill and a good set of eyes.

I think Ebony taught me the lesson of improving fast and mastering the craft of the basics as much as I could professionally in order to help others. She was the best partner for that.

There is a lot of joy in training Bebop now. There is no pressure, just fun problem solving and team work. I am someone that likes doing the reps - I go home after learning from someone and practice and play with it, I envision scenarios and set ups and I make plans to practice what and when. Doing this was exhausting before and its been slowly morphing into my new joy lately. If we fail a ton over the year, Im ok with it. I love the process.
