Blessing #12: Nature. To me, immersing myself in nature is replenishing and sacred. You can't "plan" nature. You either happen to be at the right place at the right time paying attention, or not.

Today was one of those special times that showed up. A neighbor alerted us that she spotted trumpeter swans at the pond down the block.

I went to catch a glimpse with my daughter. Three of my neighbors arrived (with better cameras than my phone!) I caught one good shot when they swam close. The video was thanks to my neighbor Stacy!

That's only the second time in my long life that I have seen these majestic birds in nature. So worth the small effort!l. They made ME feel majestic! 👑 🎺🦢
