Another Beautiful Tiger Friday!!
In October 🍁🕊️🤍✨

Full disclosure dance friends.. something I’m NOT that good at is living within the constraints of anyone else’s perceptions.

I LOVE to LIVE and Learn and be Free
Unapologetically #fierceandfree

So if you see me defying gravity, space, and time, know that I’m embracing the risks -As Well-as the rewards of growth.
Let’s all rise in this New season. 🤍✨

The best thing that happened to me this year . I have my forever person 🥺❤️

Comment CORE and I’ll send you 25% OFF my next MLAM Full Body, Core, & Pelvic Floor – Showdown Edition!! We start MONDAY and all education & workouts are in the app waiting for you! LET’S FREAKING GOOOO👏🔥

Want better core + pelvic floor function? We gotta think BIGGER than crunches and kegels 😅

Here are 5 things I preach ALLLL the time ⬇️

1. BREATH + PRESSURE MANAGEMENT
Learn to expand, exhale, connect, and manage pressure instead of constantly sucking in or bearing down.

2. ALIGNMENT + RIB CAGE MOBILITY
We want a rib cage + pelvis that can work together AND move! Better positioning + mobility can make core/PF connection come much more naturally.

3. STRENGTHEN AND RELIEVE TENSION IN YOUR BACKSIDE + SCAP
Glutes, hamstrings, back, serratus, scap function…they ALL play a role. Your core ain’t working alone 👏 but we also can’t be tight as crap! Gotta lengthen to strengthen!

4. ROTATE!!
Your body was MADE to rotate. Train rotation, resist rotation, and learn to control movement through multiple planes…because real life ain’t straight forward and back.

5. TRAIN THE WHOLE BODY
Squat. Hinge. Push. Pull. Carry. Reach. Move in different planes. Your core + pelvic floor should learn to respond WITH your body, not separately from it.

That’s the goal…not a “tighter” core. A strong, dynamic, responsive system that can handle LIFE👏👏

We’re putting ALLLL of this into practice in my MLAM Showdown Challenge starting MONDAY!! And there's $101,000+ in CASH PRIZES up for grabs this round 🔥

Comment CORE and I’ll send you the link for 25% OFF!

LET’S FREAKING GOOOO👏🔥🤍
