On the occasion of Pokémon’s 30th anniversary, and because I actually find the new starters pretty cute! Let’s see how this turns out haha — what did you think of your first impressions of Gen 10? ❤️

Your mood changes. Your schedule changes. Your obligations change. Your commitment to your goals doesn’t have to change. Yes, listen to your body, stay aware of your emotions, and still show up. Often, we allow our emotions and circumstances to dictate our actions. We wait to feel motivated, for life to slow down, for the conditions to be just right. But consistency isn’t about always feeling ready. It’s about learning to show up even when you don’t. And showing up won’t always look the same. Some days you’ll give 100%. Other days, 20% is all you have. Both count. Because every time you keep a promise to yourself, you’re building something far more valuable than discipline. You’re building self-trust. And the more you trust yourself to show up, the less you need to rely on motivation to keep going. Don’t let how you feel in a moment determine what you’re capable of becoming. 🫶 Train with me on WeRise App, Mind + Body Strong 👉 Iink in BIO
