A 51-year-old man has been charged with murder in connection with the fatal stabbing of a 40-year-old woman on Druid Hill Avenue in Baltimore, according to the Baltimore Police Department. Police identified the suspect as Anthony Thomas, who was arrested following the October 14, 2026, incident in the 2400 block of Druid Hill Avenue in the Western District. According to investigators, officers responded to the area shortly after 5:24 p.m. for a reported stabbing. Upon arrival, officers found 40-year-old Dominique Wilson suffering from a stab wound. Officers provided emergency medical aid, including CPR, before Wilson was transported to a nearby hospital. Despite life-saving efforts, she was pronounced dead a short time later. Police said Thomas was taken into custody in connection with the killing following a dispute. He was subsequently transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility. Thomas faces charges including first-degree murder, second-degree murder, assault, and weapons-related offenses. Homicide detectives assumed responsibility for the investigation. Authorities are asking anyone with information about the incident to contact Baltimore Police homicide detectives at 410-396-2100.
