Some couples drift apart not because the love fades, but because the little signs of effort start to fade. (yes, this goes both ways)

Life gets full, routines take over, and it becomes easy to slip into doing the same things without really thinking about what helps your partner feel seen or pursued.

The longer you’re together, the more important it becomes to do things that aren’t part of the routine. Plan something for your partner instead of waiting for them to bring it up. Add small surprises that say, “I want time with you” and “I don’t take you for granted.” These little moments matter. They help you two stay close.

If you want to bring back more connection, more spark, and more of that “I choose you” energy in your relationship, comment SPARK to join “The Best of Us” 30-Day Couples Challenge.

>> comment SPARK for 30 days of prompts focused on:

❤️ Intimacy Activities: fun & flirty (but realistic) activities designed to spark both emotional and physical intimacy

❤️ Connection Prompts: unique and unifying questions that will lead to laughter, deeper understanding, and creating shared memories

❤️ Appreciation Gestures: cultivate appreciation for one another by reflecting on the little things that get taken for granted

It’s only open 3 times per year and it’s designed to help you grow both emotionally and physically closer through simple, doable daily prompts.

…make sure you comment SPARK because it just started today, and only opens 3 times per year!

and you’ll also see why over 50% of sign-ups come from men 💫
