Over the past few days, our 6-week Certificate Pastry students at @lavonneacademyindia had the opportunity to dive into a three-day intensive on basic cake decoration and wedding cake techniques with our chefs.
It’s always a joy to watch beginners and young bakers discover the craft — learning new skills, understanding techniques, and exploring the beautiful symbols and traditions that go into decorating celebration and wedding cakes. Every class is a reminder that pastry is as much about patience and practice as it is about creativity.
Seeing the excitement and progress of these students over just a few days has been incredibly rewarding for our team. We can’t wait to see how they continue to grow through the rest of their journey.
