What a season.
It’s hard to believe that it has come to an end. We lost last night in the first round of the NCAA tournament in overtime to the #3 team in the country, Saint Thomas. Basketball is a game of seconds and inches, and our game winning shot came .2 seconds too late. That’s life.

This group of guys accomplished more in a year than some dream about in a lifetime.

✅ The team’s faith walk grew exponentially
✅ First CCS conference tournament championship in Belhaven history
✅ First NCAA tournament appearance in Belhaven history

To the seniors: thank you for letting me be a small part of your journey.  I’m excited to watch you as you transition towards your career and start a family. Y’all are gonna crush it. To my wife: thank you for supporting me through thick and thin and allowing me the opportunity to pursue my dream of coaching at the college level. You’re always my MVP. ❤️
To the returners: the foundation is set. Let’s continue to build upon it.
