Every parent should know about this tiny medical device! 👶🏻🩺 A pulse oximeter can measure two important vital signs — your baby’s oxygen saturation (SpO₂) and heart rate (BPM). Lekin sirf device hona kaafi nahi! Aapko yeh bhi pata hona chahiye ke kaunsi readings normal hain, kab doctor se contact karna hai aur kab emergency jaana zaroori hai. Remember, babies ki normal heartbeat adults se kaafi different hoti hai, aur normal readings ka matlab hamesha yeh nahi ke baby bilkul healthy hai. Always use an age-appropriate, validated sensor. 🤍 📌 SAVE this reel so you can refer to it when needed. SHARE it with an expecting mother or new parent — because informed parents make safer decisions! And COMMENT “BABY” if you want more medically accurate baby-care essentials explained! #babyhealth #parents #parentingtips

Day 1 of a 4-day bike trip on one of Canada’s longest bike paths. Comment “Day 1” for the GPX file 🚴🏻📍 Le P’tit Train du Nord is an old railway line through the Laurentians, now a dedicated cycle path stretching over 200km. We rode the whole thing there and back over four days, more than 400km, and timed it for the fall colours. Day one runs close to 100km from Saint-Jérôme to Mont-Tremblant, starting on compact gravel before turning to pavement, with old train stations converted into cafes to stop and refuel along the way. We got caught in a bit of rain, dried off at 83 Nord, and rolled into Tremblant with the mountain coming into view. Day 2 takes us north toward Mont-Laurier. Follow along for the rest of the trip. #cycling #biketouring #tremblant #quebec #cyclingroutes
