I know it’s been a little quiet over here. 🤍

I’ve been spending the days quietly soaking up this new life with my sweet Maddox, and I don’t think I’ve ever felt so many things all at once. Motherhood has been the most rewarding, humbling, exhausting, beautiful, fleeting and love-filled experience. So much has changed, and yet, in so many ways, it feels like my heart has always known this kind of love.

The early days of postpartum have been such a beautiful journey to move through. So raw, so vulnerable, and filled with more learning than I could have ever imagined. Learning my baby, myself as a mother, and learning to find my footing in this entirely new version of life. It has been a season of slowing down, softening, and simply being.

He is growing so quickly, and I’m learning that one of the hardest and most beautiful parts of motherhood is loving every new version of your baby while quietly missing the ones that have already passed. I want to be here for all of it. To soak him in, to know him deeply, and to give him a childhood filled with tenderness, wonder, safety, and so much love. This has been the sweetest season of my life.

We are happy, healthy, and so incredibly blessed. And for now, I’m letting myself be right here, in the middle of it all, with my perfect little angel boy. 🤍
