Big step for me.
Real estate has been something I’ve been around for years through family and friends, and I’ve seen firsthand how much the right guidance matters. Ryan helped my family and people close to me through their own transactions, and now I’m excited to officially be learning and growing on his team.

![Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) kembali terperosok pada awal pekan. Begitu sesi I dimulai, indeks langsung terkoreksi 4,31 persen. Mengacu pada pemberitaan CNBC Indonesia, Senin (19/10/2026), indeks tergelincir ke posisi 4.961,87 atau terpangkas 223 poin dari level penutupan Jumat (16/10/2026). Aksi jual terlihat merata: 602 saham berada di zona merah, 88 tidak bergerak, dan hanya 64 saham yang mampu naik. Pada menit-menit awal itu, nilai transaksi tercatat Rp1,04 triliun dengan volume 1,17 miliar saham dan frekuensi 80.236 kali.
Koreksi pagi ini memperpanjang kejatuhan pada Jumat, ketika IHSG ambruk lebih dari 11 persen. Pemicunya, MSCI membuka opsi memindahkan pasar saham Indonesia dari kelompok Emerging Market ke Standalone Market. Lembaga penyusun indeks itu menyoroti transparansi struktur kepemilikan, kemudahan akses bagi investor, dan dugaan perdagangan saham yang terkoordinasi. Bila status tersebut benar-benar turun, saham domestik akan terlempar dari indeks MSCI Emerging Markets yang dijadikan patokan banyak manajer investasi global, sehingga dana asing berisiko hengkang. Sepekan ke depan, pasar juga menanti penegakan aturan oleh OJK, keputusan suku bunga BI, dan rilis pertumbuhan ekonomi kuartal III-2026 China. Inflasi AS yang memanas serta naiknya harga minyak akibat konflik di Timur Tengah ikut membebani. Meski demikian, rencana MSCI masih sebatas konsultasi. Masukan diterima sampai 30 April 2027, dan keputusan final dijadwalkan keluar paling lambat 30 Juni 2027.
