Do you compliment someone or complement something? 🤔
Both words sound alike, but their meanings are very different!

👉Compliment: a polite expression of praise.
Example: She gave me a compliment on my presentation.

👉 Complement: something that completes or enhances something else.
Example: The red scarf complements her dress perfectly.

Small spelling change, big meaning difference! 📚

Now you’ll never confuse them again! 💡
