UNPOPULAR OPINION - but again nobody else is building booty without legs. I keep getting this question and it’s honestly just a little cheat code of mine for you only wanting to grow booty (KAATSU Training). Especially when building at home with lighter resistance (which is what they were designed for).

I recommend using them at home (lower resistant training) so COMMENT “BFR” and I’ll send you a discount code to try them at home - helping you add resistance when limited with weights building at home!

When building the booty without growing legs which takes away from the mechanical tension you get on heavier compound loads that involve more legs (squats & lunges). I don’t recommend using them until you’ve done 5-7 Weeks of glute training.
