🚨 HADI CHOOPAN 20 WEEKS OUT, AND I’M ALREADY CONCERNED. Those pointed-looking lats from the rear are obvious, and to me they simply don’t look like normal, clean muscle shape. I’m not claiming I know the cause from appearance alone, but whether it’s site enhancement, injection-related swelling, or something else, the look is becoming increasingly distorted and this is exactly the direction I don’t want bodybuilding heading. Stop telling these guys they constantly need to get BIGGER. At some point you lose the detail, refinement, symmetry and natural flow of the physique chasing more size. Hadi is a former Mr. Olympia. The standard should be extremely high. Will those lats hurt him at the 2027 Arnold? And should @milossarcev address what’s going on with them? Watch the full episode on my YouTube channel. HU Staff: Ariela Anís @ari.anis Jalen Hurts is now out of the 2026-2027 NFL season indefinitely as the Philadelphia Eagles places its quarterback (QB) on injured reserve following a superficial blood clot found in his calf. On Saturday afternoon (October 17), ESPN and NFL Network reported the news. ___________________________________________________ The outlets said the Eagles have been conducting several consultations with numerous doctors and experts ever since Hurts first sustained his calf injury on October 4. During the Eagles’ game against the Los Angeles Rams, Hurts injured his calf. On October 8, he requested treatment after practice. On October 10, Hurts underwent a precautionary ultrasound in London (following the team’s flight. The results revealed the superficial blood clot. On October 14, a follow-up ultrasound revealed movement in the clot. This lead to the Eagles sidelining Hurts. And by October 17, after the aforementioned continued consultations, the Eagles placed Hurts on injured reserve (IR), sidelining him indefinitely. ___________________________________________________ The decision will now allow Hurts the time he needs to fully heal. The Eagles believe Hurts’ blood clot is treatable. However, until doctors clear him as fully healed and ready to return to play, the Eagles will be waiting to welcome him back on the field. According to ESPN, the team was waiting to make a roster decision until after medical experts gave definitive answers during consults. The team and Hurts have been trying to explore every option and gather as much information as possible before indefinitely benching him. However, after weeks of treatment and consultations, within the last 24 hours the team made its executive decision. ___________________________________________________ Click the link in bio for full story 📸 Getty Images
💥🎆 Tchaikovsky – 1812 Overture, Op. 49 Boston Pops Orchestra – Keith Lockhart, conductor 🎼 Army cannons – fired during the concert 🪖 • In a letter to his patron Nadezhda von Meck, Tchaikovsky warned that this overture would be very noisy, written without any affection, and that for that reason it would probably lack artistic merit. The commission had come from Nikolai Rubinstein, who headed the music section of the Moscow Exhibition and wanted a new work for the event. Before starting, Tchaikovsky had told his publisher Pyotr Jurgenson that he would not lift a finger as long as nobody commissioned anything from him. To the same patron he wrote that nothing was more disagreeable to him than composing for festivities, and he told the publisher that he had started work with an inexplicable aversion. The overture premiered officially in Moscow, and Tchaikovsky himself went on to conduct it 13 times. • Listen again and notice the instant when the camera, after the soldiers, leaves the conductor and shows the stage from far away: right after, a strong, deep thud sounds, wider than the shots in the soldiers' scene, and the image shows no flash at all. • This excerpt is from the Boston Pops Fireworks Spectacular of July 4, 2019, at the Hatch Shell, on the banks of the Charles River in Boston, with the orchestra conducted by Keith Lockhart. The concert was broadcast live on television, and the cut ends with fireworks bursting in the dark sky. The camera alternates between the illuminated bandshell and soldiers in camouflage uniforms beside a cannon at night, and one of them raises an open hand before several shots. Years later, Lockhart said that most Americans have come to think of the 1812 Overture as theirs. • 👉 Follow for the best of classical music daily on your feed. • #tchaikovsky #1812overture #bostonpops #classicalmusic
