#ChristopherFranklin wants his old job back as mayor, but he was just arrested again. The former Helena-West Helena, Arkansas, mayor was arrested October 16 on charges of third-degree domestic battery and criminal trespassing, according to police. Details about the alleged incident haven’t been released. Franklin was removed from office last year and still has a pending tax case.
