Hope everyone is having a great day! I was told you need to post your “failures”. I was approached to potentially do a cover for @brett2dbean D’orc by a retailer, we didn’t quite finish it but enough to give “rough” for approval so we could finish. With being newer in the game, I unfortunately got denied because I currently don’t have enough published pieces yet. We submitted this awhile ago and I’ve been meaning to post just simply cause I loved the project and do plan to finish it when I can. Yeah, hearing no sucks, but I don’t really consider it a failure. A “no” now could be a “yes” later. Just have to keep grinding and perfecting your craft. Also, I HIGHLY recommend reading D’orc! Amazing story so far. #comicart #dorc #imagecomics #coverartist #upandcomingartist.
