In our modern world, a single discipline is no longer enough to address the challenges we face.

These workshops will explore attention as a cognitive process, an artistic medium, and a social resource. Drawing on cognitive psychology, conceptual art, media theory, and experiential practices, we investigate how attention shapes perception, knowledge, and creativity.

In a world dominated by digital infrastructures and the attention economy, attention is both a skill and a form of agency. Through exercises in the body, the senses, urban space, and digital life, participants will cultivate attentive engagement as a creative, cultural, and political practice.

Combining my academic and artistic practice, I will bring a series of experience-based workshops focused on training, reclaiming, studying, and experiencing our attentional capacities across applied and theoretical settings.

Also, they are not just workshops but also experiences from which you will gain more than just knowledge or a point of view.
