I booked this photographer to capture one of the most important moments of my life, my proposal to my fiancée. I paid $950 for 1 hour of photography and BTS video footage, and she never showed up. I tried calling and messaging multiple times and received no response. On top of missing the proposal entirely, I still have not received my money back. This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. A proposal is not something you can recreate, and trusting someone to capture that moment comes with a huge responsibility. The lack of communication, accountability, and refund after not providing the service is unacceptable.
