ACHD Vehicle Registration Fee Renewal Measure When Ada County residents register their vehicles, a portion of their registration fees goes directly to the Ada County Highway District @achdidaho. This generates approximately $14 million annually for local transportation improvements, including safer school routes, sidewalks, bike lanes, intersection safety, and congestion reduction. The fee has been in place for decades, and there is NO increase being proposed. Voters are simply deciding whether to renew it. What does your vote mean?
